By submitting an entry, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter:
To enter the challenge, submit your entry on TikTok with the following requirements:
- Use the hashtag #TurisVPN in your caption.
- Tag us @TurisVPN , and ensure that the video is set to public.
- Entries must be submitted during the Challenge period, which runs from 18 Oct 2024 to 10 Nov 2024, 2359H.
- Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first entry will be taken into consideration.
Winners will be selected based on creativity, relevance to TurisVPN, artistry (rap fundamentals, singing technique, flow, skill etc.) and entertainment X Factor, as specified in the Challenge announcement.
Winners will be notified via direct message on TikTok within 3 days after the Challenge ends. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, Turis Technologies reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes:
3 winners will receive the following prizes:
- SGD100
- 1 year TurisVPN Premium subscription1,2
1Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
2Turis Technologies reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
To claim your prizes:
- Winners must provide valid identification and any necessary information to claim their prize.
- Prizes will be distributed via PayNOW to Singaporean bank accounts, or via PayPal to non-Singaporean bank accounts, within 3 days after the winners have been confirmed.
- Any taxes or fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Redemption of the free VPN subscription is non-transferable, and is solely for the personal use of the winner’s valid TurisVPN account.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the TikTok Challenge (“Challenge”), organized by TurisVPN (“Organizer”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
Publicity
By participating in the Challenge, participants consent to the use of their name, TikTok handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Content Ownership & Usage Rights
The participant grants Turis Technologies Private Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, modify, adapt, expand, and distribute the content in any form, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, advertisements, and product-related materials. This license includes the right to create derivative works, such as turning the rap into a full-length song or any other audio or visual production, for use without a duration limit.
Limitation of Liability
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or any third party arising from or in connection with the Challenge, including but not limited to:
- Any technical errors or malfunctions related to the TikTok platform.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims arising from their participation in the Challenge.
Miscellaneous
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
